Relpax is indicated in adults for the acute treatment of the headache phase of migraine attacks, with or without aura. Relpax tablets should be taken as early as possible after the onset of migraine headache but they are also effective if taken at a later stage during a migraine attack.

Imitrex is used to treat migraine headaches. Imitrex will only treat a headache that has already begun. It will not prevent headaches or reduce the number of attacks.
